Korsi earned a BA in Economics/Statistics and an MBA in Management. He is a GRI, CRS, ABR, and CIPS member. He completed a course in Referral/Relocation Certification and is an Employee Relocation Council member. He serves on several committees of Local Realty Boards and Economic Development Councils of Southern Dallas, Mesquite, Garland, Carrollton, Plano, Frisco and McKinney and the NBMBA Association.
From a background of ten years in teaching and general construction Korsi got a job at Republic National Bank as a facility manager while selling real estate part-time. He became so successful at part-time real estate sales with Century 21–Laurent that he decided to start a real estate company after his two years training period.
